Refund Policy
Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns We have a 30-day change of mind return policy. If 30 days have passed since receiving your item, we cannot offer a return for change of mind purchases.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at trendzgiya@gmail.com. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at trendzgiya@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a return, repair, or replacement regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or on sale, and regardless of your location.
Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind) The following are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- Sale items (faulty sale items remain covered under Australian Consumer Law)
- Gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at trendzgiya@gmail.com.
International Orders Customers outside Australia are entitled to remedies for faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us at trendzgiya@gmail.com and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
