Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:

- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. TrendzGiya is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at trendzgiya@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees will apply.
